چکیده

One of the fundamental goals bioinspired synthetic systems is to achieve enhanced and controlled transport. Here, we demonstrate transport a colloidal cargo with an active filamentous engine. We explore efficiency directional by attaching it either at front (pushing) or back (pulling) filament. The filament chemo-mechanically acquires activity chemically beads that provide local tangential force along chain. effect size location load, activity, bending rigidity comprehensively explored. observe transition from rotational motion for pushing load filament, whereas no such observed pulling load. between different states characterized using structural properties, as radius gyration, order parameter, tangent–tangent correlation. With help dynamical show modes propulsion their pulling, which depend on size.
